Our History

Founded in 2020, Hospitality Connect, was established as a niche, boutique provider of recruitment solutions for the hospitality, travel and leisure industry. We have continued to build on those foundations and now our new knowledge base, networks and expertise covers new sectors including aviation, ICT, retail, and food. We recently added a brand-new specialist division: Business Support and Accounting as well as Sales and Marketing. We also provide in-house psychometric testing to find the perfect-fit candidate for your business.
